About the connections developed and relationships made.
I love providing a service that puts the people and their experience first. And for me, it really is about service, about helping others. About quality over quantity. About organic growth. About doing this because I love it. I love the homes, their architecture, and gardens. I love the people and their stories and journeys.
Buying or selling a home is a big deal financially and emotionally for my clients, therefore, it is a big deal to me too, regardless if it's for $200,000 or $2,000,000. I love taking the time to get to know my clients and learning their wants, needs, and "why's" so that I can understand who they are and craft the best experience for them.
I love helping my clients find the right home and putting together the best offer for their scenario to help them get that home - Is there something that can be done to augment my clients' offer which doesn't require just offering more and more money in a multiple offer situation? Is there a human connection that can be developed so that my clients' offer isn't just a number, but becomes a face and a story to the seller? I love reaching into my tool bag and using what I have at my disposal to my clients' benefit so that they come away with the home they want at the price they want. It's beyond rewarding.
But more than that, I love handing over the keys after guiding my clients to a successful close and seeing them get to step into their home for the first time.
I love staying in contact and hearing about the stories my clients are creating in their new homes. And being there for them as a resource as they navigate the journey of homeownership.
At the end of the day, this is what keeps me going.
